Role Purpose :
- Supports the Bid Head with documentation and on ground execution of the function.
Key Accountabilities :
Supports the Bid Management Head with the relevant documentation neededHelps in drafting responses to RFPs and RFQs, Collects relevant data from the stakeholdersLiaises with the technical and finance team to ensure proper response to the bidConducts due diligence and reports the same to the Bid Management LeadConduct initial analysis of tender requirements and identify resourcing requirements for the timely submission of the bidRegularly update internal Company tools as required to record the progress, flag problems and document bids for reporting and audit purposes.Schedule and facilitate regular bid progress meetings with the bid team members and minute outcomes, actions and issues arising in accordance with the Bid Plan.Drive adherence to documented bid process. E-Bidding / E-Auctions / Reverse Auction.Maintaining of all the records related to tenders (Bidding) such as : -Price Sheets of each tender we have participated, Price Comparison sheets of the tender we have participated, Detail of each tender we have participated participating, BG, PBG and APBG submitted.Preparation of applications for vendor approvalsContract tracking with all customers and tracking of contractual events and related correspondence with all stake holdersTender adherence with respective departments like production, legal, finance and product Development Preferred Experience and Qualification : Prior experience in sales of software / services B.Tech / B.E 3-5 years experienceSkills Required
