Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a VCF Freelance Trainer, based in Chennai with partial work from home flexibility. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, developing tailored training materials, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with industry trends and ensuring the curriculum aligns with the latest standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) and hands-on experience in virtualization and cloud technologies
• Proven skills in training delivery, content development, and providing learner support
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, evaluation, and adapting content to suit diverse learning styles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage hybrid training setups and leverage digital tools effectively
• Certifications related to VCF, VMware, or cloud platforms are a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
