Key Responsibilities :

Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach.

Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line.

Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins.

Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.

Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.

What We're Looking For :

6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field

sales.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an

advantage.
