Job descriptionThorough knowledge of procurement of goods / services on Government E Marketplace portal, as per policy and guidelines. Preparation of tender & contract documents for works like civil & utility works / services etc., and also for procurement of imported equipment (if any). Thorough knowledge of floating of tender on CPPP Portal. Developing suppliers / vendors. Coordinating with internal teams regarding their needs. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Managing daily purchasing activities. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Maintaining supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Coordinating with stores to determine and serve stores’ needs. Monitor / maintaining all costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Keeping abreast with all organizational needs and vendors including policies & regulations by Govt. / Authorities. Maintaining files and support in auditing (both Internal Audits & CAG Audits). Assisting HOD in the legal matters & arbitration cases. Preparation of draft replies to vendors (in case of any disputes).
Qualifications / Experience
- Graduate with MBA / PG Diploma in Management / PG Diploma in Material Managemen t (preferably engineering graduat
