Role Overview

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, proactive sourcing strategies, and the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill needs, and team dynamics.

Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Security Engineers).

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, candidate engagement, interviews, negotiation, and offer closure.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience by timely communication and feedback.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.

Stay up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights in the technical hiring space.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical hiring .

Strong understanding of technical skills and roles in software development, cloud, infrastructure, and data.

Proven experience in sourcing and hiring niche technical talent.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
