Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Should have work experience with Cisco Switches, Fortinet and Aruba products (FortiAnalyzer, Fortigate Firewall, Aruba network devices with Wifi infra)
  • Troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Knowledge on SDWAN, TACTAC, NOC tolls
  • ITIL Process Documenting, and enforcing system standards
  • Should have a knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Switching(STP,VPC, HSRP) Routing(Static, OSPF and BGP) and Firewalls (UTM features) polices.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations, Flow diagrams and network layouts.
  • working closely with Support team to solve user related network issues. Provide remote support to users.
  • Knowledge on NMS tools(SolarWinds)
  • Perform network device installation and Firmware / IOS upgrade.
  • Knowledge on packet sniffer tools(Wireshark)

Qualifications

  • 8 years of Network / Security engineering –experience
  • BTech( CSC, IT & ECE) graduates.
  • Available to work 24x7 ( IST Time Zone 4PM to 7AM - UK and US shifts)
