Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategic plan in alignment with its vision & mission.
Identify opportunities for innovation and impact at scale
Represent the organisation with key external stakeholders including funders, government bodies, and global partners.
Collaborate effectively with the founder, board of trustees and advisors.
Oversee day-to-day operations across functions i.e. programs, technology, resource mobilization & communication, content, research and M&E, finance and HR.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
Champion data-driven decision-making and evidence-based program delivery.
Lead fundraising strategy and engagement with donors.
Strengthen the long-term financial health of the organization
Inspire, mentor, and build the capacity of senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements :
At least 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in the non profit sector
A post-graduate from a renowned institute will be desirable.
Proven success in managing complex organizations and programs at scale.
Strong understanding of social sector dynamics in healthcare or tech-for-good domains
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships and financial planning.
Exposure to working with government and public systems is desirable.
