Job description

We are #hiring for a leading public health NGO!

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategic plan in alignment with its vision & mission.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and impact at scale
  • Represent the organisation with key external stakeholders including funders, government bodies, and global partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with the founder, board of trustees and advisors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across functions i.e. programs, technology, resource mobilization & communication, content, research and M&E, finance and HR.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and evidence-based program delivery.
  • Lead fundraising strategy and engagement with donors.
  • Strengthen the long-term financial health of the organization
  • Inspire, mentor, and build the capacity of senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

  • At least 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in the non profit sector
  • A post-graduate from a renowned institute will be desirable.
  • Proven success in managing complex organizations and programs at scale.
  • Strong understanding of social sector dynamics in healthcare or tech-for-good domains
  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships and financial planning.
  • Exposure to working with government and public systems is desirable.
