Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Producer to own the end-to-end video production process for our agency’s content and advertising shoots. You will act as the connective tissue between creative vision, client goals, and logistical execution — turning ideas into impactful, branded content, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account, client, and creative teams to understand briefs and translate them into feasible production plansPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and production proposalsSource, negotiate, and manage vendors, crew, talent, locationsPlan schedules, logistics, and production workflowsOversee on-set execution, ensuring seamless production operationsManage post-production, review cuts, deliver final materialsMaintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and decisionsDocument lessons learned, refine processes, build production playbooks(If applicable) Mentor junior staff, handle team growthSkills & Qualifications
4 years of production experience in advertising, branded content, or commercial videoTrack record of delivering high-quality video projects under tight timelines and budgetsStrong budgeting, financial, and cost-control skillsExcellent organizational, scheduling, and project-management abilityStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsTechnical understanding of camera / lighting / audio / editing / color / post workflowsCreative sensibility and ability to challenge & elevate ideasComfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExperience working with external production houses is a plusPortfolio / showreel must be submitted with application
