Recruiter – Semiconductor Industry

Job Open Locations : Bangalore , Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida, Pune  (Candidates can apply from anywhere from these given locations)

Experience : 2 to 7 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days   Position : Full-time, Permanent, on-site for 5 Days

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for one of our clients with a strong background in hiring for the Semiconductor industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes , sourcing top talent, and working closely with semiconductor clients to fulfill hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work closely with semiconductor industry clients to understand their hiring requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, offering guidance and assistance throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize job portals, networking, and other sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor industry .
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring for technical and engineering roles in semiconductor companies.
  • Prior experience of working with semi-conductor positions
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
