Influencer Marketing Manager Location : South Delhi (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH)

Timings : Monday–Friday, 9 : 30 AM–6 : 30 PM

We’re a small, fast-growing startup with a collaborative, high-responsibility culture — looking for someone who can wear many hats and help us scale the influencer vertical end-to-end.

Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Manager will plan, lead, and execute influencer campaigns across clients — from strategy and creator management to delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Build and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals

Scout, shortlist, and negotiate with influencers across categories

Communicate directly with clients — share shortlists, briefs, and updates

Work on creator scripting and creative strategy

Oversee smooth execution of campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content

Track performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports

Maintain influencer databases, pricing sheets, and campaign trackers

Support process improvements, team coordination, and business growth initiatives

Preferred Skills & Experience 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer ecosystems

Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setup
