About the Role

We’re looking for a young, passionate cosmetic formulator with hands-on experience in skincare formulation.

This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with ingredients, developing clean and effective skincare products, and wants to grow in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize skincare formulations – serums, moisturizers, creams, cleansers, and sunscreens.

Conduct ingredient research, formulation trials, and stability testing.

Ensure product safety, efficacy, and compliance with cosmetic standards.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing for product scale-up.

Maintain accurate records, formulations, and testing data.

Stay updated on skincare trends, actives, and innovation in clean beauty.

What We’re Looking For

Education : B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.

Experience : 1–4 years of experience in skincare formulation or cosmetic R&D.

Strong knowledge of emulsions, actives, serums, and texture development.

Passionate about science-backed skincare, clean ingredients, and innovation.

Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a young D2C brand.
