About the Company - HNB Engineers is one of the largest manufacturers & suppliers of Civil Engineering with excellent quality, high speed and consistent results to the entire satisfaction of our clients. We are very proud to state that we have designed & constructed around 1600 MLD aggregate capacity STPs at various locations in India in the last 51 years. We would also like to state that our company has introduced SBR technology to India in 2005 and implemented it successfully at the first-ever SBR Plant in India with a 12.5 MLD capacity. It is located at Panaji (Goa) and is constructed for PWD, Govt. of Goa. The Plant is performing to the entire satisfaction of the client and delivering good results.

Key responsibilities

Study the tender requirements of each project during pre-tendering and post tendering stage.
Decide the technology / process to be adopted considering bid evaluation criteria / requirements of functional guarantees.
Prepare BEP including process and hydraulic dig. And layout and flow diagrams. P & IP and mass balance diag. may require depending on case to case.

Pre-Tendering stage

All above activities

Get involved with engineering team for civil, piping, mechanical, E&I costing

Give your inputs to the team as required during tilling data sheets & other documents.

Focus should be given in selecting suitable requirements for secondary treatment, BNR, disinfection, etc.

To participate and involve during detail costing by team and then briefing the tender requirements to management.

Any work as required to be carried out to get the project awarded, once we found lowest

Liaisoning with client & consultants during bid evaluation stage.

Post tendering stage

All above activities as mentioned before pre tendering stage

Prepare detailed BEP (PD, HD, LO, HFD) as per tender & confirmations given during bid evaluation stage and submit it

Get it approved from client & consultants after through compliance

To guide Engineering Team to prepare explode GAD, P&I.

To check drawing in detail for final submission.

To get it approved from client a consultant after due compliance

Any other work as required to carry out to deliver the project in time

Trial run and commissioning

To visit the site and put plant into trial run with electrical team

To stabilize the process (as selected) at site to deliver desired parameters

To monitor till commissioning & guide O&M team as & when required during entire O&M period.

Execution & Procurement stage

To guide execution team time to time as required during construction.

To guide E&M team in selecting appropriate equipment / analyzers / PLC / SCADC, etc. as required during detailed engineering stage

To perform duties as & when required & to carry out any work to deliver project in time.

Laying sewerage or, water pipelines from 250mm up to 2000mm did.

Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors local authorities

Qualifications :

ME / M Tech in Environmental / Chemical Engineering

Required Work Experience :

5+ Years of Work Experience
