Plant Reliability Specialist

The Plant Reliability Specialist ensures the optimal functioning of plant equipment through effective maintenance and repair strategies. Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program that aligns with industry best practices, encompassing spare part management and comprehensive maintenance records.
• Conducting regular maintenance inspections on CNC, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic & utility machines, as well as monitoring Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Carrying out detailed analyses of breakdown tickets to identify root causes and devise action plans aimed at preventing future breakdowns.
• Collaborating with vendors to resolve equipment issues and working on industrial automation and energy efficiency projects.
• Coordinating with the production team to schedule maintenance work and ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining 5S records, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, and updating operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
