Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Establish and manage an effective engagement model with the Commercial Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment and business value realization.
  • Serve as the product owner for Neural Nexus teams focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data integration.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful delivery against business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, build business cases, and drive DevOps processes aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, ensuring consistent practices in user story development, quality assurance, and user experience.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and modernization in the commercial data space.
  • Develop expertise across a broad range of Commercial data domains and use this to inform product strategy and delivery.
  • Support governance and prepare executive-facing materials to facilitate alignment on strategy and technology investments.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Master's degree with 8–10 years of experience in Information Systems OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 10–14 years of experience in Information Systems OR
  • Diploma with 14–18 years of experience in Information Systems

    • Required Experience & Skills :

  • Proven experience solving complex challenges in data and analytics through technology.
  • Experience leading data and analytics teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders using data and value-based arguments.
  • Experience building business cases, including accurate cost and effort estimations.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and incentive compensation processes.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Experience with ETL tools, particularly Databricks
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based databases such as Redshift
  • Hands-on experience with data lake architectures, big data analytics, and data integration
  • Familiarity with AWS services including S3
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Jira Align and Confluence
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD practices, and low-code / no-code test automation platforms
  • Background in software systems strategy, infrastructure, and governance
  • Experience in PI planning, product roadmapping, and user journey development
  • Demonstrated technical thought leadership

    • Soft Skills :

  • Ability to work across global teams (India, Portugal, US) with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively and mentor junior team members
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen
  • Excellent prioritization skills based on business impact

  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
