Roles and Responsibilities :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in LifeRay administration, configuration, and operations.
• Proven expertise in LifeRay access control, release management (ADO), and integration with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SSO solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in LifeRay administration or development (e.g., LifeRay Certified Professional) preferred.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
