Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, including setting and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
