The specialist will analyze the current workflow and develop change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition to the new platform.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document existing workflow configurations.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan for the migration.
• Compare workflows on both platforms and highlight key features for users.
• Keep stakeholders updated throughout the transition and follow escalation protocols for any challenges.
• Organize workshops and training sessions for the new system.
• Provide ongoing support to the editorial team post-migration.
