Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates, introducing upcoming events and encouraging

their participation.

Respond to inbound calls and emails by addressing event-related queries and assisting with

registrations.

Communicate the value proposition of each event effectively, tailoring conversations to match

delegate interests and industry relevance.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, registrations, and feedback to ensure data consistency

and follow-up efficiency.

Follow up with prospective leads and reconnect with previous attendees to drive higher

engagement and attendance.

Stay updated on event details, speakers, agendas, and relevant industry trends to deliver

informed and engaging communication to delegates.
