• Manage daily operations of the IT department and Day to Day Local L1 support of Pune 3 locations.
• Taking care of new user assets, user profile configuration, and basic orientation and help train employees on its use and explanation about IT policy
• Troubleshoot for hardware, software and printer
• Asset Management, Asset transfer, Asset declaration form, incident report.
• Coordination with central IT
