Type : Full-time Internship (Intern-to-Full-time Conversion)

Duration : 3–6 Months

Stipend : 15K / Month

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure across exciting HR domains and projects that truly make an impact :

• Talent Acquisition : Assist in end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding rockstars.
• Employer Branding : Help us bring Thrillophilia’s culture to life across social media and internal events.
• HR Operations : Support employee data management, HRMS updates, and documentation.
• Engagement & Culture : Be a part of all the fun stuff – organizing events, celebrations, and offsites that make Thrillophilia a Great Place to Work!
• HR Analytics : Assist in tracking hiring metrics, feedback, and performance data to optimize processes.
