We are hiring a Senior .NET Developer (Healthcare Domain) with 5–10 years of experience in building and maintaining healthcare applications. This role requires deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, healthcare workflows (PACS, RIS, HL7, DICOM), and scalable SaaS solutions. Knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) is a strong plus and will provide a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for CI / CD pipelines, testing automation, and smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production and pre-production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer.Strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and REST API development .Hands-on experience in healthcare application development (PACS, RIS, EHR, HL7, DICOM preferred).Proficiency in SQL Server and database optimization.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Preferred / Nice to Have
