Key Responsibilities :

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

• Understand business goals of US / UK clients and create tailored digital marketing strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts.
• Present digital marketing plans, performance reports, and insights to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
