We are seeking a full-time team member in India to own and evolve our internal data systems. Today, this revolves around Airtable : structuring, scaling, and connecting project, cost, and site data across our construction operations. Tomorrow, this role will shape the backbone of a custom platform, an operational app that powers scheduling, reporting, and decision making.

About the Role

This is not a back-office tool building job. It is about constructing the digital backbone of how projects run, connecting decisions in the office to execution in the field. The right person will grow with this system as it evolves from Airtable into the operational platform of the company.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and continuously improve the relational data layer that runs our projects, from tables and logic in Airtable to early automation and custom tools that connect field activity with cost, progress, and performance tracking.
• Architect and maintain complex relational data structures within Airtable, ensuring consistency, scalability, and clarity.
• Connect tables, fields, and formulas to reflect real world relationships between jobs, schedules, costs, and site operations.
• Create internal dashboards and reporting layers that translate data into actionable insights for project teams.
• Collaborate with field, PMO, and leadership to capture new data needs and integrate them into the system.
• Prototype automations or light custom scripts (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to extend functionality and streamline workflows.
• Contribute to the long term evolution of the system into a standalone application or platform.
