Looking for Integration Developer with highly skilled SAP Fieldglass Configuration Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless configuration and optimization of the SAP Fieldglass platform for managing contingent workforce and services procurement.

Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation. At least 3 end-to-end SAP Fieldglass project implementations.
Expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integration with other SAP products (Ariba, S / 4HANA), and custom solution development.
SAP Fieldglass Certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Experience in managing SAP Fieldglass projects or leading a team during project implementations.
Understanding of contingent workforce management processes and services procurement best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement) to meet business requirements.

Manage and oversee the integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S / 4HANA, and SAP ECC, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions that enhance the overall system performance and process flow.

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, ensure optimal system performance, and manage defect resolution.

Create detailed configuration documentation and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them with the skills to use SAP Fieldglass efficiently.

Keep the system up-to-date by managing patch upgrades, applying best practices, and ensuring minimal disruption during upgrades.

Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful design, implementation, and operation of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
