TECHNICAL
- Knows how to perform complex engineering analyses and develop complex deliverables within discipline
- Applies standard engineering work planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
- Understands standard contract requirements and scope as they relate to discipline work
- Knows technical issues related to discipline and how to discuss with third parties (customer, suppliers, and regulators)
- Knows how to coordinate technical issues within discipline, with other disciplines, and with engineering staff
- Understands roles played by other departments on projects
- Familiar with methods of procurement, including bid and evaluation process
- Knows electrical equipment and material
- Knowledgeable in the overall work requirements outside of the discipline.
- Experienced with leading a group of engineers and / or designers within the discipline
- In-depth knowledge of specific standards
- Familiar with all WSP design guides and standards relevant to discipline
- Understands industry Norms and procedures
- Capable of analyzing and understanding Client's requirements and standards.
- Ability to revise existing standards
- Understands EDP's (Engineering Design Procedure) and their application on projects

Recognized degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university and specialized courses in Electrical discipline plus applicable practical work experience. Minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering8 to 14 years of experience in Electrical EngineeringSkills Required
