THE ROLE
This role encompasses two areas :
Amazon Seller Central
- You’re the person who’s in there every day monitoring and reporting key metrics, keeping an eye on account health and sorting out issues with Seller Support. You should be brilliant at this and love it.
Customer Care
You handle all incoming emails and messages. We take a lot of pride in how we answer each and every customer, to try make our relationship stronger with every interaction. It’s not easy and takes time.THE PERSON

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor daily Amazon activities, including inventory, sales, and feedback, while addressing any issues that arise.Ensure product listings are activeTake charge of solving Amazon cases with Seller Support and maintain account health.Stay updated on Amazon policies to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.Communicate effectively with the marketing team to align on goals and strategies.Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to messages and prioritizing quality over quantity.Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.Attention to detail is very important for this role and we're looking for someone who actually reads the job description carefully, so when we ask what your favorite number is, the answer is 99.Handle other administrative and reporting duties as needed.MUST-HAVES
