As a Technical Support Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the (AWM – 55IP), the mission of this role is to be a part of team of technologists toward supporting next-level solutions that will impact a fast growing business. The ideal candidate for this role has in-depth experience in design of support systems & processes, developing & mentoring a team of engineers and serving client requests. The candidate will employ latest technologies, data management, and security practices in all aspects of application support & monitoring. Critical thinking, clear communication, and collaboration will be key to the success of this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the application systems and the technologies associated with the daily operations of the business, in a timely manner, ensuring a reliable and scalable production environment.
• Responsible & accountable for triaging and escalating production issue causing outages.
• Adhere to processes, company policies, required to deliver high quality services to clients & partners.
