Role Description

We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications from conception to deployment.

Responsibilites

  • Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js / Express.js for backend
  • Work with MongoDB databases to create efficient data models and query structures
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to transform requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern ES6+ features
  • Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, and React ecosystem tools
  • Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js frameworks
  • Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.)
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with WebSockets for real-time applications
  • Contributions to open-source projects
