About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Communication Manager
to join our onsite team at client site. The role demands a strategic communicator with proven expertise in
content creation, public relations management, and brand strategy , especially in working with
government bodies and renowned brands . The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client’s image, building stakeholder trust, and driving impactful communication campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Strategy
Create compelling, audience-focused content for press releases, speeches, campaigns, reports, social media, and internal communication.
Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance client’s positioning as India’s leading trade promotion body.
Oversee design, editorial quality, and consistency in messaging across platforms.
Media & PR Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional media.
Manage proactive and reactive PR, ensuring timely and accurate representation of client in the media.
Draft and disseminate press releases, media advisories, and responses.
Monitor media coverage and prepare communication impact reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with government ministries, industry associations, exhibitors, and global stakeholders to strengthen client’s brand.
Support event-related communication, including expos, summits, conferences, and official launches.
Manage protocol-sensitive communication aligned with government standards.
Campaigns & Branding
Conceptualize and drive campaigns that highlight client’s initiatives, infrastructure, and achievements.
Ensure brand visibility through integrated campaigns (print, digital, outdoor, PR).
Lead crisis communication strategies to safeguard reputation.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in
Mass Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations .
5 -6 years of experience in communication, preferably with a mix of
government sector projects and reputed corporate / brand work .
Strong track record of leading communication campaigns at national / international level.
Excellent command over written and spoken English and Hindi.
Strong media network and PR acumen.
Ability to manage time-sensitive communication in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in digital platforms and emerging media trends
