Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Department (HOD) for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program at Gautam Buddha Nagar. The HOD will oversee the academic administration of the department, including curriculum development and faculty coordination. Responsibilities include mentoring faculty members, conducting research, managing departmental budgets, and liaising with industry partners. The HOD will also be responsible for promoting student engagement and ensuring high academic standards are met within the department.

Qualifications

Leadership and managerial skills, with experience in academic administration

Expertise in curriculum development and instructional methodologies

Strong research background and publication record

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to foster industry partnerships and promote student engagement

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Application, PhD is preferred

Prior experience as a faculty member or administrator in a higher education institution
