We are seeking a Medical Devices / Engineering Recruiter to support US-based clients in sourcing and recruiting top talent across domains such as Engineering, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices roles.
• Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to understand role requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
