Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic Support to Leadership : Support the CEO / MD on key business priorities, decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives.

Business Planning & Execution : Drive annual / quarterly planning, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment of goals across business units.

Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as a bridge between leadership and departments to streamline communication and execution.

Operational Excellence : Oversee process improvements in manufacturing, quality, and logistics to enhance efficiency.

People & Culture : Support leadership development, talent acquisition, and foster alignment with company values.

Special Projects : Lead high-impact initiatives such as automation, sustainability, and market expansion.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements / Criteria :

1. Education : Graduate / MBA or equivalent degree in management from tier 1 institutes

2. Experience : 7-10 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or manufacturing leadership roles. Candidates from BIG 4 advisory or equivalent

3. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

4. Industry Knowledge : Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, or related sectors is an advantage
