Role Description

This full-time role entails a range of responsibilities to support daily operations efficiently as Multi-Tasking Staff. Responsibilities include assisting in clerical tasks, maintaining records, managing office supplies, and providing assistance as required to facilitate the smooth functioning of the workplace. This is an on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in clerical tasks, record management, and documentation
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities for supporting office operations
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage office inventories and supplies efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to perform diverse tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
• 10 Plus 2 / High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Should be able to Read and Write English and Hindi
