About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist – South who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and creating impact.

You’ll work closely with CHROs, L&D heads, and business leaders to position SCG’s world-class leadership and sales transformation programs.

Your day will include :

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Presenting tailored learning solutions that address real organizational challenges
• Managing client relationships from first connect to contract closure
• Collaborating with internal teams to co-design powerful interventions
• Achieving revenue targets while representing SCG with passion and purpose
