• Job Description*

The purpose of this position is to prepare, analyze and report business unit results on time with transparency to rBUand BU to steer business

BusinessSteering-Prepare business unit results, transparent data to rBU's tosteer the business to achieve business targets.

Business Evaluation-Preparation of business case evaluation with applicable scenarios by coordinating with plant cross functional team, present the results to rBU's to enable business results.Evaluation of investments on.

Compliance &Governance-Ensure compliance of RB central Directive & guideline tofulfil statutory requirement.

Cost Management-Define and assess cost structures by developing financial performance indicators and drive cost reduction measuresby partnering with the plant team, rBU, BU's and IPN.

Digital Transformation-Define and implement data driven business controllingthrough digitization to improve operational excellence.

• Qualifications*

Cost & management accountant (CMA) / Chartered Accountant (CA)

Master degree in accounting and finance (mandatory)
