Job Description : Lead Full-Stack Developer

• Experience : 10-11 years of hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React development.
• Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL , MySQL , or Oracle .
• Responsibilities :
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
• Build backend solutions using Python frameworks like FastAPI , Django , and Flask .
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React .
• Architect and optimize scalable database solutions and complex queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Requirements :
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Location : Hybrid role, based in Pune .
