We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Manager to support the technical delivery of ESG projects. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, and helping design and implement scalable solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

What we expect :

• Assist in managing the full software development lifecycle for ESG products and features.
• Coordinate with product delivery, design, QA, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in client requirement-gathering sessions to understand ESG-specific business problems.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in designing scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with ESG data and reporting standards.
• Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Support communication flow across departments to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress and quality throughout the development cycle.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in documenting technical workflows, architecture, and solution designs.
