About the Role :

We’re looking for a people-first, business-savvy HR Partner. You'll work directly with our business leaders to align people's strategies with growth goals, champion our culture, and drive meaningful impact through high-trust partnerships and data-backed decisions.

What will you do?

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business success
• Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development opportunities
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring aligned with business needs
• Champion a strong organizational culture through employee engagement and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and resolving issues proactively
• Leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Facilitate learning and development initiatives that align with business strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, promoting fairness and transparency
