Job description5+ years of experience in quality control for garment manufacturing Prior experience in menswear production is mandatory Strong understanding of AQL levels, stitching standards & measurement specs Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Garment Technology Ability to prepare and maintain QC documentation Computer-friendly (Excel sheets, QC formats, ERP entries) Eye for detail, disciplined, and process-driven Work with a structured, quality-driven manufacturing team High ownership role in maintaining product quality Opportunity to work across multiple product categories Growth-focused and supportive work environment

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Quality Controllers who can ensure consistent product quality from cutting to finishing.
If you have hands-on experience with AQL standards, inline checks, finishing inspections, and menswear QC — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inline, midline & final QC checks
- Identify defects related to stitching, measurements, finishing & construction
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports & documentation
- Ensure adherence to AQL standards and buyer specifications
- Verify fabric, trims, and wash quality prior to production
- Coordinate with production, merchandising & finishing teams
- Monitor quality at all production stages to ensure zero-defect output
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance.
