About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven in Germany and UK Recruitment IT Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services in the UK or Germany.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment sales and 4 Years in UK or Europe Market experience .
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
