Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the brand's digital content strategy. The Content Specialist will drive brand visibility and engagement by developing compelling narratives, producing high-quality visual content (including photography and videography), and managing distribution across all key digital channels, particularly social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This role requires a blend of creative production skills, strategic planning, and data-driven optimization to ensure all content aligns with brand objectives and maximizes audience reach and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Optimization : Develop and execute the overall digital content strategy, utilizing Social Media Optimization (SMO) to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Content Production : Lead the creation of high-quality, original visual content (photography / videography) and write engaging, platform-optimized copy.
- Planning & Execution : Own and manage the comprehensive, cross-platform content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Performance Analysis : Track KPIs, analyze platform data, and translate insights into continuous optimization and integration of digital trends.
- Community & Brand : Actively manage and grow the online community, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams to align content projects with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven expertise in Content Strategy development and execution, aligned with brand objectives.Strong foundation in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) principles.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration and authentic brand storytelling.Proficiency in writing engaging and effective content for diverse social media and digital platforms.Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively.Mandatory Strong Plus : Demonstrated experience and proficiency in visual content creation, including Photography and Videography.Knowledge of social media analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics), digital trends, and best practices is required.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
