Key Deliverables :
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Airtel SOPs, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive store revenue and maintain cost efficiency by tracking transactions, optimizing budgets, and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Deliver excellent in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and ensuring knowledgeable assistance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and improvement areas.
- Prepare store for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.
