Job Description :

Position description -

We are seeking a highly experienced person as Manufacturing Head to oversee manufacturing operations at our manufacturing unit based in Jejuri, Pune. This role involves handling of complete manufacturing operations with core processes of welding, fabrication, painting and assembly of cranes and components.

Your Key Practices :

• Ensuring safety across the shopfloor and actively participate in safety committee.
• Maintain audit system for shop floor and machine safety. Take necessary actions to address safety non compliances.
• Actively participate in worker welfare and development programs.
• 5 S Implementation
• Continuous Improvement Activities
• HSE management as per Konecranes Global standard.
• Create awareness in team for HSE & motivate people to follow HSE guidelines
• Provide maximum visibility for HSE requirements
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications : MBA / BE / B Tech in Mechanical or Production

Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing departments, preferably within the heavy engineering industry.
