Electrical Design Engineer

Job Title : Electrical Design EngineerLocation : Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience : 3-6 YearsJob Description : We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in the electrical design domain, preferably within the industrial segment . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in electrical systems design, layout development, and project documentation.Key Responsibilities : - Perform essential design calculations including short circuit analysis, earthing, lighting, cable & equipment sizing , and LPS (Lightning Protection System) design .- Work closely with detailing teams to prepare construction-ready drawings such as lighting layouts, power distribution, cable trays, routing, schedules, LPS, and earthing layouts.- Design and layout ELV and IT systems , including structured cabling, CCTV, and security systems.- Prepare BOQ / BOM for entire electrical works as per project requirements.- Ensure design compliance with applicable IS, NBC, and IEC standards .- Conduct routine inspection and testing of equipment .- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Skills & Qualifications : - B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M.
