About the Role:

Physics Wallah is seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor Incharge to manage and streamline daily operations at our Chennai Vidyapeeth center. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and driven to ensure seamless academic and administrative functioning on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and smooth workflows.

Monitor inventory of study materials, resources, and classroom equipment. Coordinate with faculty, administrative, and support teams for effective execution of daily activities.

Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with institutional protocols.

Provide excellent support to students and parents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Keep accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate updates to management.

Foster a positive, professional, and student-centric environment within the center.
