Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Selenium / Java

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team in India and help shape the future of our test automation frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and log defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps.
• Optimize and refactor existing automation code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, and effective use of testing & Qualifications :

Must-Have : 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, strong proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest, and solid understanding of version control with Git.

Must-Have : Proven track record of integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.

Must-Have : In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, agile processes, and bug life cycle management in JIRA.

Preferred : Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured and performance testing using JMeter or Gatling.

Preferred : Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow and scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy).
