Community Building Intern

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 Months

Employment Type : Internship

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Community Relationships & Engagement

Build and nurture relationships within the online A4G community, engaging participants, partners, sponsors, advisors, and institutions.

Drive regular community touchpoints and ensure 4+ hours monthly engagement per member.

Execute weekly engagement activities, community-driven content creation, re-engagement campaigns, and post-event engagement strategies.

Support participant feedback collection, impact tracking, and data sharing with partners / sponsors.

🔹 Advisor & Stakeholder Collaboration

Support the onboarding and engagement of advisors.

Coordinate and implement advisor engagement plans.

Strengthen relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to sustain long-term collaboration.

🔹 Event & Program Support (SS7, ANU, Podcasts, etc.)

Assist in pre-event activities, registrations, volunteer programs, and ambassador initiatives.

Support SS7 live event execution, including logistics, host / judge prep, and post-event activities (feedback, certificates, learnings).

Contribute to podcast promotion, engagement tracking, and logistics for episodes.

Document learnings and best practices from events for future planning.

🔹 Partnerships, Sponsorships & Schools :

Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and institutional partners.

Support in sponsorship pitches, follow-up meetings, and contract finalization.

Provide inputs for partnership proposals and assist in donor cultivation meetings.

Qualifications & Skills :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, HR, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Passion for community engagement, youth empowerment, and social impact.

Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.

Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)

Prior exposure to event coordination, student / community organizations, or partnerships is a plus.

Duration & Stipend

Duration : 6 Months (Monday to Saturday)- 6 Days working in a week

Stipend Structure :

  • Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
  • Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4 / 5 and above
  • Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4 / 5 and above
  • The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
