Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud infrastructure to join our dynamic development team. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who can design, develop, and scale full-stack applications that drive real business value. You'll work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to build reliable, scalable, and performant systems.

Strategy

Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable applications Java / Spring Boot (Backend).
• Build and maintain APIs and services that support high availability and performance.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor applications on AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions for the platform.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work in Agile / Scrum development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps efforts using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
