The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Associate who is confident, target-driven, and loves building client relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply , and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person networking

Pitch agency services clearly and confidently in English and Malayalam

Understand client requirements and suggest the right mix of branding / digital solutions

Follow up on leads and close business deals

Maintain your sales pipeline

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover

What We’re Looking For

✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

✅ Or a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles

✅ Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients (training will be provided for freshers)

✅ Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented

✅ Familiarity with digital marketing or branding services is a plus
