Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist the F&B team in daily restaurant and banquet operations.
• Greet and seat guests courteously and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Set up tables, buffets, and dining areas as per hotel standards.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
• Learn and follow hotel SOPs for service, guest handling, and billing.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle guest queries politely and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions.
